Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also contained in this new document drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing distinct parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.

Further documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
